Skills Hub launch

Launched the Skills Hub with 20+ individual skill pages. Each page covers what the skill does, how to install it, and example use cases. Integrated with the main navigation.

Published new blog content covering OpenClaw security issues in 2026, self-hosting cost analysis, SOC2/GDPR compliance for OpenClaw, and the easiest way to host OpenClaw.

Added comparison pages (vs self-hosting, vs LobsterTank, vs OpenClaw Cloud, vs ChatGPT), glossary of AI agent terms, and landing page refresh with updated pricing and messaging.

E2E testing and bug fixes

Completed end-to-end testing of all dashboard pages and agent capabilities. Fixed usage tracking (Redis key mismatch), SSE streaming token counting, and credit sync between Stripe and Redis.

Dashboard and orchestrator deployed

Dashboard live at app.kiwiclaw.app on Vercel. Orchestrator deployed to Fly.io (iad region). Wildcard DNS configured for tenant subdomains. First tenant machines provisioned and passing smoke tests.

LLM Proxy live

LLM Proxy deployed on Fly internal network. Moonshot API (Kimi K2.5) and Anthropic API (Opus 4.6) routing working. SSE streaming pass-through, Redis usage cap enforcement, and per-tenant JWT authentication all operational.

Project kickoff

KiwiClaw project started. Completed competitive landscape research, architecture design, and PLAN.md documentation. Chose OpenClaw as the agent framework, Fly.io for compute, and the "wrap, don't fork" strategy.
