Will the agent send emails without my approval?
By default, the agent drafts replies for your review. You can configure it to auto-send for specific categories (like meeting confirmations) while requiring approval for others. Start with review-only mode for the first week.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The Himalaya skill supports any email provider that uses IMAP/SMTP. For Gmail, you need an App Password if 2FA is enabled. For Outlook, standard credentials or OAuth tokens work.
